Welcome to the Club – where tiny humans rule and grown-ups pay the bills.

By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to the terms below. Don’t worry, we keep things pretty chill – but there’s some official stuff we have to say. So grab a snack and read on.

1. Ordering

Once you hit buy, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details. This means we’ve received your order – yay! But it doesn’t mean we’ve accepted it yet. Very occasionally, stock errors in the system can cause hiccups. If anything's off, we’ll let you know ASAP.

2. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in your local currency (unless we say otherwise) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept major credit/debit cards as well as other payment options at checkout. Payments are processed securely – we don’t store your card details.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.

Once your order’s out the door, it’s in the hands of the delivery gods – but we’ll send you tracking info as soon we can.

4. International Taxes / Duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees. The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the item and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Returns

We get it – sometimes things don’t work out. You can return any item within 14 days of purchase, as long as it’s unworn, with tags intact (if applicable).

Just note: return postage is on you, and we don’t refund original shipping costs. Check out our Returns Policy for full details.

6. Faulty Items

Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@tinyhumanclub.com within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll sort it out as soon as we can. Photos always help too!

7. Cancellations

If you’ve placed an order and want to cancel, drop us a message as soon as possible. If we haven’t packed it yet, we can usually stop it in time. Once it’s out the door, it’ll need to come back to us as a return.

8. Product Info

Most of our pieces are second-hand or vintage, which means each one has its own little story — and sometimes that includes gentle signs of wear or slight variations in colour and texture. It’s all part of the charm!

We do our best to capture and show items as clearly as possible, but things like screen settings and lighting can make items look a little different IRL.

You’ll find sizes and details on each product page, but if you’re not quite sure about something, just give us a shout — we’re always happy to help!

We care about your privacy. We only collect the info we need to process your order, and we never share your data with anyone. Check out our Privacy Policy for full details.
