Because sometimes things just don't fit, and that's okay!

We get it — shopping for tiny humans isn’t always a perfect science. So if you need to return something, no biggie. Here’s how it works:

You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of purchase — just make sure it’s unworn, with the tags still attached (if there were any). 

Basically, the item should be in the same condition you received it in.

How to send it back:

Pop it in the post and send it back our way. We recommend keeping your proof of postage — just in case.

What we refund:

We’ll refund the cost of the item(s), but postage costs are non-refundable, sorry!

What we can’t take back:

Items that have been worn, washed, or look like they've been on a wild playground adventure can’t be returned. We’ve got to keep things fresh for all the other tiny humans out there!
